Changes with the previous version

A $\star$ indicates a change which is valid both in the ALIAS-C++ library and in the ALIAS-Maple library. In this version there is no major changes but various bugs have been fixed.

• $\star$ allowing the user to define its own bissection procedure
• $\star$ for the optimization procedure a flag allows to write the current estimation of the optimum in a file during the computation
