The registrations to CP-AI-OR'04 and to the Master Class are now open. The conference will be hosted at the Westminster hostel. Due to the limited number of available rooms, we encourage you to register before the first of April.
This year, the registration has been greatly simplified : the same form allows you to register for the conference and for the Master Class. It also allows you to take advantage of our agreement with the Westminster Hotel. You can choose to register for the conference or for both the conference and the hotel. Please, take into account that the price of 60€ (before the first of April) for the conference is only for one day. So, if you wish to attend to the whole conference and to the conference banquet, you will have to pay 230€ (before the first of April).

Students may benefit from a limited number of fixed allowances (400€ each) to partially cover their travel/accommodation expenses. This is made possible through our generous sponsors.
Students applying for support should send (before 27/03/2004) a CV and a letter from their supervisor justifying the request for support to cpaior04@sophia.inria.fr.
We offer you the possibility to reserve up to 3 additional nights at the Westminster hotel at very low price. The price for a single room with breakfast is 105€ per night and 123€ for a double room with two breakfasts.

Note that this is the only way to take advantage of the low rate negotiated by the conference organizers. Note also that neither INRIA nor the CPAIOR'04 conference will pay for the additional nights. You will have to pay the additional nights directly at the hotel.
Cancellation must be done 3 weeks before the beginning of the conference. Otherwise, you will be charged for the additional nights.
