I have done my Master's Degree in Biological Oceanology and Marine Environment at the University of Paris VI with a specialisation in numerical simulation, modelling and data analysis. I have worked during my internship on the comparison between two phytoplancton growth models representing the simultaneous limitation by nitrate and light (model BioLOV [Pawloski, 2001] and Richard Geider's model [Geider et al., 1998]). This work involved three differents labs : the LOV (Oceanography Laboratory of Villefranche-sur-mer), the COMOREproject of the INRIA in Sophia-Antipolis (French National Institute for Research in Computer Science and Control) and the Biological Sciences Department at the University of Essex in Colchester. I worked under the supervisoon of Antoine Sciandra at the LOV, Olivier Bernard at the INRIA and Richard Geider in Colchester.
