Data structures

All the data structure of $\Sigma{}^{{\rm it}}$ are provided by SALLI. Some of them are extended by mathematical operations and take on a new name: Sequence corresponds to Stream from SALLI and Vector corresponds to Array from SALLI, in both cases with pointwise arithmetic operations added. Note however that Array is $0$-indexed while Vector is $1$-indexed.
