Aims to

Lesion Segmentation Editor (LSE) is a module to segment Multiple Sclerosis lesions manually or thanks to an semi-automatic method. Segmentations can be saved and visualized in 2D or 3D. Lesion number and lesion volume can be computed and printed. LSE is part of SepINRIA which can be downloaded at http://gforge.inria.fr/frs/?group_id=727.
