Instructions to presenters

Oral Presentations:

Oral presentations will be 15 minutes long with 5 additional minutes for questions.

Speakers need to check their presentation during the break preceding their session.

A Windows laptop with Microsoft Powerpoint will be available.

Poster Presentations:

Posters must be of A0 size and in portrait orientation.

Posters will be on display during the whole conference, and presented during dedicated sessions.
