Curvature
The F* algorithm does not, however, take curvature into account.
Without curvature, ridges that are close to one another are merged
when there is background interference.
This problem is solved by taking curvature into account on
ELIESER.
Furthermore, more exact curves can be obtained when moduling a
curvature parameter.
