My PhD thesis is: "Contribution to texture analysis in image processing by variational methods and partial differential equations" (defended on 06/17/2004).
This is a work in applied mathematics, and it deals with image processing problems. I am interested in image decomposition models (u+v and u+v+w models), based on the use of different spaces (BV, Sobolev, Besov,...). There are some applications in SAR image retoration and in nonlinear image interpolation. I am also interested in textured images classification.
