Facilities
There are two restaurants available, several leisure facilities (outside swimming pool, tennis court, jogging trail, billiards) and a free car park. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, have PC connection points, direct dial, automatic wake-up-call and minibar.

Transportation

Sophia Antipolis is located about 25 km from NICE Airport (nearest airport) and about 6 km from ANTIBES. How to reach Sophia Antipolis from the airport ?

Through the Bus line called "SOPHIA EXPRESS" : this line is running every day from the Airport to Sophia Antipolis (except Saturday and Sunday) from 8.55 in the morning to 16.40 in the evening (last bus) - (about 35 minutes to reach Sophia). For more information about the time-table, please contact the bus information desk at the airport upon your arrival. You should stop at the bus stop called "CICA". This stop is just below the Mediathel hotel and you can reach it within 5 minutes walk (see signalling at the bus-stop). Price is about 45 FF.

By car : All major companies are represented at the airport. Take the highway to Sophia Antipolis. Then you are on the "Route du Parc" . You must turn right when you see the entry called "Les Bouillides" – Then follow the map below to reach the Mediathel.

By Taxi : taxi fare is about 350 FF.

By train : Railway station : Antibes . From Railway station, taxe a taxi to hotel Mediathel.

Special Transportation
The conference will organize a bus – 50 seats – the last day of the conference after the last session to Nice Airport. If you plan to use this bus, please state it on the registration form.

Travel
The special information given below concern only flights within France. For foreigners flying with a domestic flight within France, please contact the local organization.

For people who register the 4 days of the conference, the package starts from Lunch Tuesday 05.23 to coffee break Friday 05.26 afternoon, without dinners nor banquet

Cancellation

Fees will be returned in full for any written cancellation received before April 30, 2000 (post marked stamp). No refund will be made for cancellation received after this date.
